Depending on your situation, you are also required to submit the following documents:

  • Si vous occupez un logement déclaré inhabitable : attestation de la commune ou du service salubrité logements du Service Public de Wallonie déclarant l’insalubrité ou le surpeuplement du logement occupé. Les documents des pompiers si leur intervention lors d’un sinistre a rendu votre logement inhabitable ;
  • If judicial eviction: copy of the judgment;
  • If leaving current housing following a notice: copy of the notice received or sent;
  • If debts: any certificate or seizure notice by bailiff determining the amounts;
  • If over-indebtedness: any certificate relating to budgetary guidance / debt mediation / provisional asset management / collective debt settlement;
  • If child custody rights: the copy of the judgment specifying the principal, alternating or ancillary custody right. If the judgment has not yet been rendered, a provisional certificate from your lawyer or a notary
  • Certificates proving your accommodation in a shelter or your homeless situation
  • If you are currently an owner or usufructuary: proof that it is a non-improvable or uninhabitable housing, proof of sale or proof of management with a real estate operator (the Walloon Housing Company, a public housing company, the Walloon Housing Fund, a social real estate agency, an APL, the Walloon Social Credit Company)
  • If you are currently pregnant: official pregnancy certificate.
  • Sworn statement of non-ownership.
