Here is also a list of all the compulsory documents that must be provided for the registration to be complete: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mandatory documents<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Address history of adults in the household ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Household composition ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proof of income ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Copies of the identity cards of the adults in the household ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proof of last 3 months&#8217; rent ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proof and amounts of family allowances and alimony.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Please note that if we do not receive all documents, we will unfortunately be unable to process your registration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once your application is complete (with no missing documents), please contact us by e-mail or telephone to arrange a meeting at the office to hand in your application. We will explain the procedure in detail and answer any questions you may have. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We would like to point out, however, that unfortunately we don&#8217;t work on an emergency basis. As we rent out private accommodation, we are dependent on the owners and the properties we are given to manage. Here&#8217;s why it&#8217;s a great idea: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The AIS is like a translator between you and the owner.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All the accommodation managed by AIS complies with health and safety regulations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rent? Softer on your wallet than in the private sector. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The AIS social worker is your personal coach for living well in your home.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>housing. And if there&#8217;s a problem that goes beyond the rental property, there&#8217;s always a plan B (or C). <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A technical problem? AIS is here to help. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>And the icing on the cake: we accept rental guarantees via the CPAS.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Access conditions :<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Not be a property owner<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To benefit from the services of an AIS, you must meet certain income conditions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>For the annual income ceiling (see AER) :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Any household with a precarious (category 1), modest (category 2) or average (category 3) income can apply to an AIS for housing.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Income is precarious (category 1)<\/strong> if annual net taxable income does not exceed \u20ac17,000\/year for a tenant and \u20ac23,200\/year for a household. Increase for dependent children \u20ac3,200 <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Income is modest (category 2)<\/strong> if annual net taxable income does not exceed \u20ac34,100\/year for a tenant and \u20ac42,600\/year for a household. Increase for dependent children \u20ac3,200 <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Average income (category 3)<\/strong> if annual net taxable income does not exceed \u20ac69,800\/year for a tenant and \u20ac85,100\/year for a household. Increase for dependent children \u20ac3,200 <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>These amounts are subject to indexation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Interested?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>You can fill in your application directly online here, but don&#8217;t panic if the internet isn&#8217;t your thing: paper versions are available on the first floor of La Sambrienne. (Boulevard Jacques Bertrand 48, 6000 Charleroi). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>A gentle but important reminder<\/strong>: <br>Your registration will only be taken into account if your application is complete and accompanied by all documents. Yes, complete-complete &#8211; not just &#8220;almost done&#8221; or &#8220;I&#8217;ll send it tomorrow, I promise&#8221;. <br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What about housing?<\/strong><br>We&#8217;d love to be able to give you a precise date&#8230; The deadline depends on several things: available housing, your personal situation, and your place on the waiting list. Be patient, we won&#8217;t forget you! <br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Every 6 months<\/strong>, remember to renew your registration (yes, it&#8217;s a bit like changing the battery in your fire detector).
